Originally founded in 2019 as a student rental housing company, Dream Dwellings shifted its focus to short-term rentals after witnessing a surge in domestic travel at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. We partner with residential and commercial property owners through our Master Lease Partnership Agreement, ensuring guaranteed income with no risk of tenant defaults and no eviction concerns.

Every door is secured with a smart lock that generates a unique access code for each guest. Codes are automatically deleted upon checkout to ensure security.

We employ our cleaning staff directly rather than outsourcing to third-party companies. This allows us to maintain strict quality control and uphold professional cleanliness standards after every stay.
